Timed mock exams take a similar approach to Part 1, Part 2 and Promotion, and end with a full report. Evidence Finder opens the textbook page behind any answer. 315 Mind Maps turn a condition into a decision path. When you get a question wrong, Fault Taxonomy names the reasoning fault behind it.

For the oral exam, in the Simulation Lab, a voice examiner asks questions, shows the results you request and marks you against the checklist. Each station is ten minutes.

How it started

Every colleague who has prepared for the Board knows the feeling.
The answer is out there somewhere. You just can’t find it.

The search
Recalls passed from hand to hand: screenshots, voice notes, files three versions old. Half had no answer. Some had the wrong one. Every question meant three textbooks and an hour of doubt.
The first version
So I built something for myself. One plain page: over 6,000 questions, sorted by topic, and one rule: no answer goes in until the books agree. It wasn’t pretty. For the first time, I trusted what I was studying.
Colleagues joined
Then a colleague asked for it, then another. They found mistakes, and every mistake became a correction. The bank stopped being mine and started being ours.
Every answer, checked
Each question was rebuilt from its recall and checked against Sabiston, Schwartz, Bailey & Love and the other core references, with why it is right and why the others are wrong.
Version by version
More than 860 releases so far. Every change written down, checked on a phone and a laptop, and shipped one release at a time.
